The eyeshadows in the comics are much more natural and subtle, and actually feel like part of her makeup. The best way to describe this is how if a woman puts too much makeup and lipstick, she will look like a clown - which Telltale's Gamora kind does - and if a woman uses them properly, it feels natural and accentuates her beauty instead of overshadowing it.
Hopefully, the PC modding community will provide a mod or something to either fix it or eliminate it completely.
