Anyways, looks awesome. No new moves to Kasumi or Ayane, but the graphics looks fantastic IMO.
The characters look like pre-rendered CGI models IMO when going upclose.

Too bad Ninja Gaiden 3 cant get this sort of treatment, but ah well, cant wait to get this!

I think I read that the team ninja dudes are fans of VF series. + they would like to do DoA vs VF if they had chance. Maybe they are testing how well it could work.

I remember reading something Hayashi said about a cross-fighting game with DOA, maybe this is their "test" character.
But we all know it will work.

IMO it should have been DOA x Tekken, now THAT would have been great, but only if Team Ninja did it. I like their approach more.

I want Kage in DOA5 as well, that way, Ryu can teach the rookie a few things :P

Actually I saw several new moves from both Kasumi and Ayane, they were part of pre-existing combo chains but had different enders, and mixups are always appreciated.

Yeah I saw it too, but no overhauls. They always tweak in minor ways but always remain the same.
I hope they add NEW characters to DOA5 though.

I remember Hayashi saying that if enough people loved Momiji since NGS2, he would consider adding her in.
Well I love her look, looks beautiful and can easily be a part of DOA girls along with say Kasumi. So I hope she is in and have nice fighting style. And hopefully some more characters obviously.

Phh, Kage runs laps around Ryu any day. Ryu don't know ninjaing for shit, he proves that in Ninja Gaiden :)

Also i'm assuming he's referencing the rather famous Manga/Anime, Akira. Which i can't believe you don't get, cause you must have seen it. Everybody has seen Akira.

Also, what's the point of this? It's not like he'll play ANYTHING like a VF character and really, is Aki that iconic? I just don't see it. Sure, i love his fighting style and play as him in VF, but i have a hard time seeing the appeal in DoA5 :P

Ryu in NG is great but in DOA he is not fun (other than some slight signature moves like Izuna Drop). Hayate however, that guy got much better moves than Ryu in DOA thats for sure. (though I love Ryu's charge move in this game, uses ninpo!).
And overal, Ryu looks badass lol

I seen brief footage snippets of Akira on youtube but havent watched it, nor I will, not my type. Not into that sort of style.

Akira, the movie, sucks ass. It's amazing for the animation but the story is garbage. You should see it for the animation alone though. Top notch stuff.

Have to say, after watching the trailer Aki's moves look a lot like they do in VF. I mean mechanically it won't cross over, but it at least loks right :P

Kasumi could not look any more perfect, I wish they used her face for Hitomi instead of a young boy's :P Other than that, THIS is how you do a crossover. No sloppy cash-in with 20 DLC characters, no Star Wars nonsense.

I wish Team Ninja would have done a deal with Namco for Tekken characters.

Like Lars, Law, Jin, Kazuya, Heihachi, Raven, Alisa...Tekken character are far more appealing IMO, though it would be weird to see Tekken characters in non only Tekken games lol.
One being in SFxTekken and then DOA.

Ah well, Hayate, Ayane, Kasumi and Ryu is my main to play as anyways, unless they add new ones that is just as awesome as they.
