AHA! Researched it a bit, PH is the "red god" (I remember that bit) and also represents the Silent Hill executioners. He also appears in a picture in 3, by Team Silent. So whilst his actions represent James' psyche in the second, he's quite relevent if he's tied into the story of SH.

In the case of the movie, he's the tormentor out to kill the guilty.

Looks pretty cool. But im also pretty sick of the streaming videos being so choppy here on gamersyde.. I bet its the little ad-button at the top right that causes it.. And sometimes pops up and interrupts the videos..
Sigh, more $$ for you, less fun for the users of this site.
