I really like Dying Light, specially the expansion. But I hope Techland is working on Dying Light 2, or a new IP. Dying Light is a very long game, and with the expansion it gets even longer.

Sometimes a game just needs to rest and a developer should just focus on a sequel. Still, props to Techland for releasing more DLCs for free. Something that they already did once before when the game launched and they kept adding free DLCs for months, improving the game and listening to the community's ideas and feedback.

It's companies like Techland and CD Projekt Red that put other very greedy companies who try and nickel and dime the consumer for every piece of DLC to shame. Hopefully their examples get followed more and more.

It's a shame that I didn't come back for the DLC even though I got the season pass. Just got side tracked by other games. At this stage I would have preferred they just focus on a sequel. I'd definitely be down for that.

The expansion for this game, it stands right up there with Witcher3's Blood and Wine.
Hopefully, this is just to keep the buzz going while the sequel is in development...

KORNdog Luring those dynamic hordes to ripper camps sounds fun because they worship them. They won't fight them they'll simply be eaten willingly. Lol (2 Hours ago)

  • KORNdog
KORNdog They've put in challenge hordes that are super tough to beat that are pre-determined in size and strength. You'd be stupid to fight those without a ton of resources. (2 Hours ago)

KORNdog @droezelke: that's the challenge hordes. The end game ones. There is an overworked horde that moves and sleeps, and eats based on how you've affects the rest of the world. (2 Hours ago)

droezelke @GriftGFX: Bioshock 1 is an absolute classic. Bioshock 2 wasn't Ken Levine. Infinite was just good. (4 Hours ago)

MikeManiac61 @GriftGFX: Oh yeah, it definitely had something going on for it. The ending to me was just...ugh. The 1st managed to keep me attention throughout, I just wanted to be done with Infinite halfway. (6 Hours ago)

GriftGFX Amazing characters, and great dialog, but the plot has serious issues and I felt like the way it expanded the universe and connected to the other game was convoluted. (7 Hours ago)
