Sleeping Dogs launch trailer

Sleeping Dogs will be available next week and Square-Enix released the launch trailer of the game. As usual, expect some good coverage on our part as soon as next week.

That trailer was epic; almost GTA trailer level epic. I was already going to buy this game, but this is the level of trailers they should have been putting out for it from the beginning if they really wanted to entice more customers into picking it up as well. Hope the TV spot turns out to be just as epic as this trailer. They may actually break 4 million units sold, if so.

A bit rough round the edges as expected, but it could be fun, and the setting is infinitely more interesting than GTA 5. (a game which they've sensibly beaten to market by some months)

Gun based combat and driving look too janky to me. Fighting looks good, but i can't take a plunge on a game which gets 2 of 3 of it's main components wrong...looks nice tho.

digi_matrix I don't think you've played enough Metro, because there is humor in these games to offset. Uhlman in 2033 was pretty much comedic relief. Call of Duty takes itself more seriously than Metro. (7 Hours ago)
