i have just converted one of the video files with Winavi video converter using the WMV9 codec keeping the same rez and frame rate and it runs perfectly on my PC, so i'm guessing its a codec problem, i have the latest FFdshow codec pack so i guess thats no good then, what codec pack should i be using.

Since 7453 DaysIf so, I now and then get that with the .avi vids. Never really bothered to troubleshoot this though. I just skip the progress bar a few seconds and I can continue to watch the rest of the vid. Seems like certain sections get corrupted or something...
