Anyways me and the kids have been playing it for about a week now and its pretty good fun i would upload some pictures but i am at work

lol, nice. I bought it at the weekend and unpacked it, but haven't played since Saturday ... I expect it to be all filthy and hungry next time I turn on my PS3 ... or dead ;D

Tis a good little game, oh he does not die or anything, also when your doing the "15" days and have to wait till the next day to get the next items do what i do, unplug from the internet (which i have not got still... damn postoffice) and change the date on the ps3

Anyways, Doc are you having Lock up issues with this game ? once a hour it locks up on me (ish) and cant find any offical forums for this game, and there is no patch yet or news on one
And the misses "style" keeps changing everytime she goes on and has to keep "roload" his style to get it back to normal again... many glitches in this wonderfull little game.

Yeah, my Fiance bought it too and loves it!! It`s one of those games that I need to give more time to in fairness, instead of making a rash judgment based only on an hours worth of play. That said, I do truly appreciate its sublime subtlety in keeping players of all ages engaged in its cuteness and if I had children....this is DEFINITELY the game for the whole family to enjoy together - not only for fun values, but also for that of learning.

I don't think it's a game for me but i more or less expect it to be pretty good for what it is; a current gen tamagochi (maybe i'm wrong, but that's what i expect it is). I'd might consider getting it just for the PS eye but i'm assuming that the wands will come packed with it as well, so i think i'll hold off for now :)

PS camera only there not using them wands for it yet ( they not made them yet...)
But yeah it is a tamogochi, but it does not die,or shit everywhere.

I know the wands aren't out yet, but the wands will use the PS eye and therefore getting a PS eye will be inevitable for me. But as i said i assume that the wands, when they hit, will come bundled with the PS eye and as such i don't have to get it in advance thus negating my only incentive to buy eye pet ^^

pets that dont save there style 100% you have to keep rebooting them from the style editor, my little guy has side burns goatee and a funky hair do, brown black with silver stripes, last night the silver changed to purple for no reason... as for the misses his hair keeps changing styles every time she boots it up

The garden.. yeah, "tap the base of the flower to remove it" HOLY SWEET MOTHER OF GOD! is this infurating, it does NOT work 99.9% of the time, you end up bashing the floor for up to 10 minutes before it buggers off, making one of the challenges near on immposible

Picture challenge "take a picture of you and your pet smiling" 60 photos later your far from smiling, but lets say you "do" complete this challenge, next time you take a picture of yourself smiling with your pet it will randomly cancel everything your doing to tell you "CHALLENGE COMPLETE" even though you done it 4 weeks ago.. and that works on all photos challenges (yes bubble machine i am looking at you)
Because it cancels everything you have to reload the items/challenge you was previously on before it reset it because of the "challenge complete"

Which brings me onto photo storage, every photo/video is saved... cool yes, but has a memmory of 60 photos(ish) lets say your trying to do the "smiling" challenge, 60 photos later your storage is full, fair enough, you have to go to menu got to photos and delete every single one... fair enough....................................you have to click delete on every single one... each having its own menu which is slightly delayed, boring and time consuming to say the least
Now imagine your struggling with the "smiling challenge" and you have done this 4 times....infuriating yes.

Also deleting pets is to easily done, specially with kids around, and it is a kids game.

it locks up now and again for no reason other than it feels like it (losing everything you have done since last save which is random unless you exit game forcing it to save)

and the trampoline challenge " destroy 50 FUCKING BALLOOOOONS!!!!!!!! good luck, barely get the 25 for bronze due to NO control over where he bounces on the trampoline, you angle it to bounce one way, he gives you the finger tell you to swivel and bounces where he fucking pleases..

On top of all that, i still love it.

Lol :) i do love this Family game with the kids, but when the kids are moaning they cant get rid of the plants so they can plant new ones.. it gets very infuriating, if they fix that there onto something good :)
