Anyways, this game is absolute sublime, loving every single second of it so far, yes the main story falls flat on its face the SECOND you get off the bus at the start, hell the main story stops before your boot hits the dust
Side quests i typical "warcraft esque" quests, this guy has stole my food this machine needs this part etcetc, good enough reason to wonder off and kill, they serve there point
The humor is grand, not as dark as my own but good enough "if you dont mind could you piss off i need to take a dump" also the first boss "9 toes, but also has 3 balls" lmfao..

The weopens, been a WoW/Diablo/Fallout junkie this game is doing EVERYTHING right in the weopen department, all it needs to do is lick my god damn nuts.. but is there any Set items, doubtfull cause your only items are "weopens" no gear... gutted to say the fucking least :(

BUT! anyways... is there ANYONE on here playing it on the god damn PS3 ?
Why wont devs let us play with PC users when it comes to this kinda thing ?
I understand not playing with Live users because of MS been to scared to open there system (sure there is a more technical reason and i am SURE someone will mention it)

Really loving this game so far BUT i do NOT play CoOp with randoms.. EVER! wait maybe this one time when.. wait.. no NEVER!

One thing is i was expecting the Cel Shading to piss me off (PoP gave me a headache near end of the game, dunno why it just did) but the only time i notice its cel shaded is when a NPC rams his face in mine..

so back to the last question... is anyone on here got it? simon ? seth ? Plumb ? Korn ? not going to ask grift he probally playing it on Steam..

Worst ending to a game that does everything else right

Love the fact that i can take my friends lvl 1 in a game and he recieves 100% EXP from my kills, from a very longe range, he got level 15 in about 12 minutes lol.

Love this game, played with 3 friends last week and had a blast. I don't think it will be as fun playing solo than friends.

The thing is, that when you do play solo, you tend to save up items that you find to hand over to your friends. I, (for example), have got an amazing mod to hand over to ManThatYouFear when we next meet on the game that allows his hunter to have much better weapon damage and skills for his pet to boot. I got to level 35 and finished the game on my 360. ManThatYouFear then persuaded me to join him on his PS3 and I swapped platforms free of charge ;0) and then met him on there.

It is true that you do level up quickly when playing online with your friends, but to be honest, I have started a Siren again on this platform and managed to get her from 1-35 again, (completed the game once more), in just a few hours of play, (approx 12). The next true step for me, is to meet up with ManThatYouFear online and progress our characters to lv50. I am also continually hunting for the best weapons for my character.

So far, I have got to say that my `x4 fire SMG` is an absolutely amazing gun!! It`ll drop one of the shielded guards from Old Haven in just 4 shots due to the sheer damage it deals. I have got a mod that allows my Siren to deal an extra 42% fir damage too which is why it`s so insane.

I just hope that all the mods level up whilst you do, so that once i hit lv50, I can then go hunting for my entire character set-up with one of each preferred weapon type in my inventory. I hope one day to find a weapon that`s just plain crazy, but until then, I`ll plod on to lv50. Brilliant game!!

Well tonight is zombie mode dude on 360 so no chance tonight, but i AM up for a heavy session till the early hours on friday night :D
Just dip your wick with marie, get food down your throat at the pub then get online! i will talk liam into it.. well i will just pimp hand him into it :D will load second play through up and start from the start on a harder mode :D

So far I have spend around 20 hours with this game (according to Xfire). I have to say this game has some insane weapons... I love it. I have only tried that hunter dude so far. I like the comments he says and his laugh is so nice! It's pretty sick how low level enemies explode sometimes! "Feel it!"

Hit 50 with Mordecai after ~31 hours just before the second time against the Rakk Hive. After playing through the first time as mainly Sniper based I went with a mix of pistols and bloodwing for a very different second play. A heavy hitting Corrosive Revolver, insane (though scopeless) 7x Revolver and brutally accurate Fire SMG seeing me through very nicely at the end, especially with the % chance of each of those 7x Revolver bullets being doubled. I tested and counted 14 bullets in a wall, had to fire at a very shallow angle or else they group so tightly! :D

Most definitely up there in contention for GOTY, the main competition is Dragon Age and both are going to live or die on the quality of their DLC. Gimme Zombies, a higher level cap and the ability to drive those Crimson Lance vehicles! Git you one!

Second playthrough, just hit 41, 3 shot mad mel with my sniper :)

Still loving it weopens are fantastic, sniper with 791 dmg thought it would be fantastic cause my last sniper was 389 damage but with 4x fire
3 shots with new sniper to take down a car, 1 shot with old sniper... elemental FTW!

Agreed. The looting system is exactly what I`ve been waiting for all these years as it proves to be addictive as hell! I have now got my Siren to lv38 and am looking at the horizon to hit lv40 as my next landmark.

I got some great weapons from the first playthrough, but to be honest, when you attempt to get onto playthrough #2, you`ll soon realise that the weapons you once thought were `amazing` via playthrough #1 simply pale in comparison to even the most basic of drops the second time around.

I think that the more you complete it, the better the weapons will get. I wonder how many playthroughs the game allows?

i cant see you wanting to pass 3 cause on third playthrough i assume every mob is 50, untill DLC comes out with level cap increase.

This is my favourite Clap Trap so far. Is there any other modified Clap Traps like this in the game?

also talent points, say i put 5 points in "deadly strike" if i find a mod that puts 3 on it, does that put it up to 7? or should you respec and only put 2 on it..

I think 8 is a bit closer ;) One of the hunter dudes skill has 100% chance to bypass shields at lvl5 so what would happen if the skill would be 8 heh. So I guess skills are locked to 5 but I am not sure.

There's a broken claptrap who, when you repair him, scoots over to a PIS OFF sign ands says "yeah, well..," and flips it off. Such great little characters. If the sequel has a CE they need to include a talking one.
