I saw that the other day and it's pretty cool that you can practice moves while it's loading. I wouldn't worry about the load time thing cos you can probably either press start to get into the game or simple carry on practicing them moves until your ready.

I will try it out but I know I wont buy it because the art and concept of the characters are just stupid IMO.
Trying it out for the combat only considering same guy did DMC so its a mnust try-out.

The characters have the same sort of silly flair that the ones in DMC3. I guess either you like it or you hate it. As for Bayonetta herself, i guess i can understand you not liking her design, but other than her i think the game looks fine. Actually i don't mind her design either. Perhaps they could have reduced the porn-factor a bit but wtf, tits = sales.

I know its not fact considering there are people who like it but "I" think its stupid because I cant take it too seriously, and I want serious type of games, not over the top bitchy ones...like that other game Onnechabara or whatever its called.

I know that the combat will be good nod oubt about that, but I am going to watch the game when I play it and because I dont like how it looks and presents I can't even force myself to like it (I tried a few times).
So I will just play the demo to see how the combat is in this one and thats that.

mmmh. was she at least attacked one time??? the AI looks terribly stupid in this footage!!! And what´s the deal with the "time stopping" feature. In order the to get even less feedback from the enemies??? I know this is supposed to be an "stylish" action game, but what´s so stylish about attacking walking punching bags???

Was the music from the soundtrack??? If so, well... aah, I know it´s stylish^^

I guess there is where we differ,I prefer and want over the top action games if they were serious that would instantly make me lose interest in the game thats why I find some games that are TOO serious boring,that seriousness IMO belongs in other type of entertainment,ever since I began to play games I look for as much away from reality as possible.

I do like over the top for sure, but not a over the top "sex sells in games now and lets go cheesy with it at the same time".
DMC is over the top as well but I like it because I can take the action and how they make it seriously.

I played it a few times, combat is definitely awesome for sure, stylish, intense, polished...but these are all to be expected.
If only the artwork and concept of the character wasent there, playing the game makes me want DMC5 with Dante ONLY playable and less DMC4 :P

One thing I really liked about Bayonetta though is when Bayonetta has that sword and if you lock on to something for a few seconds and dont move, she has a badass pose and starts rotating the sword in a circle infront of her with symbols and then one straight slash and shoots out like a laserbeam, very cool.

Anyways, combat is great for sure, and yes I also tried the automatic EASY mode as well, hehe nice stuff.

I've only played though it once, but i must say that i think it's pretty damn good. The action is tight, the weapon switch is back for some massive combos and it just does everything right where DMC4 went wrong.

Sath I know you for being very special when it comes to action games and seing that you liked the combat in this makes me a happy boy!!

Cant wait to get home and download the demo hopefully Microsft dont IP lock it.

Just being honest, but yeah the combat is definitely very awesome, but then again it is from the creator of DMC1 so it was to be expected.

I played the demo last night till 4:00 am,and I must say if the full game its like this demo it will be the greatest action game ever made up there with Ninja Gaiden Black and Devil May Cry.

Its a truely masterpiece of a game just insane,the gamepaly,the combat system its miles ahead of anything today even NG and Im serious the fluidity of moves the coolness of the way she performs those moves its something to behold,I spend like 2 hours practicing combos at the begining of the second level and literally yuo can spend days there just checking out moves,there is too many combinations that you can play the entire demo doing diferent combos like 20 times I mean amazing.

Kamiya took it to another level,the magic I felt when I first played the original DMC its in this and I think only Kamiya can give a game that touch and magic,there this little details everywhere an din the way she moves like when you jump in to a platform she like stomp the edge of the platform almost like a gymnastic girl,when she lands from too high she makes like this explosion in the ground.

Witch Time its very addicting trying to do it everytime so you can make great damage to enemies and the frikin screen looks very cool in that purple little tint so awesome.

This game.......
