First, that is AWESOME!
Kind of like a demonic white falcon look to it.
I hate the 4 eyes on the face though, reminds me of Shinobi, but hate it in general.

Good thing I like this one, even though I said I don't want bones or spikes on it, this one has minimum unlike Ashtar.

PS. Reminds me of Dante's demon form in DMC4! (good thing)

The Fiend Hayabusa costume will be available with extremely limited pre-orders from specific retailers in the UK, Netherlands, Italy, France and the Nordic countries. Watch Xbox.com for more details on the retailers over the coming weeks, although we are guessing GAME could be amongst those retailers (though we could be wrong).

The costume will also be available in three different versions on Xbox LIVE Marketplace from July, priced at 200 MS Points each.
Please GAME let this be true!

I think I will have to pre-order NG2 in EBGames and GAME just to be safe!

It feels like they are pulling a EA Bad Company on us :P

But I hope these DLC outfits are like exclusive for purchase while there will be also unlockable outfits when you unlock difficaulties.

I know they scrapped that when the petitions and all was going wild.

But like I said, I wish these 3 DLC outfits are one thing and TN includes other unlockable outfits through the game like they always have done.

And something tells, that is exactly what they are gonna do.

600pts for all 3 outfits...I would buy the ones that looks to my favor of designs, and so far, this white demonic bird outfit look is one them.

So it says that the other 2 should be revealed in soon.

agreed.

but it all depends for me, if these are extra customes that ain't in the game then it's fine.

if the whole game is lacking customes or if these are just "keys" then it's disgusting.

Considering NG2 is the only game I would use to buy content for, I will buy it.
Now, good thing is this, its not a DLC PACK, meaning each custome will be 200pts, so you can handpick the ones you think is great for your taste.

But I doubt they will add the customes that is already as DLC in the game itself, that would not make any sense at all.

It means, the white fiend falcon custome plus 2 more as a DLC for 200pts.

I thought they meant ONE outfit for 200pts :P

So the pre-order offer is that the white falcon demon outfit will be available to those who pre-ordered the game, so you will get it one month early.

However, the other two that was in that pack you gotta buy the pack in July to get the other two, if interested.

I have some points in my account that I havent used, and I have never bothered to buy any content for any game anyways, so why not put it to use for my most favorite game of all times.

As much as I am fan of the game costumes are useless. I hope that blue outfit is in the game for free! If there would be really awesome mission mode pack... I think I couldn't resist that. Mission mode was one of the best things in the NGB.

I'll buy it still, but I remember Itagaki saying he was against developers not putting all the content they can into a game before release, and it seems to me they could have managed to include these 3 costumes by June 3 considering selected Europeans will be getting it for free on June 6.

Putting out DLC as soon as the game hits the market is pretty disgusting. DLCs should be content that didn't make it into the retail game (something that takes time to develop) NOT holding off content just to sell it at high prices on the marketplace. It's like buying a basket of fruits and then discovring it's just half full, and in order to fill it up, you have to purchase some more fruits that cost more than they're worth. This is a bit exaggerated but that's where we're heading right now, with EA showing everyone else how it's done...

As much as I'm a fan of TN this is just not right, especially for a dev that relys heavily on it's fanbase. It's like the CEO of Epic said: Add more content to your games and you'll get more money from the retail game alone rather than milk the customers/fans.

I don't know, the info is a bit weird.

3 costumes in ONE pack for 200pts or 200pts for ONE costume each.
Why call it costume pack if they are gonna sell the outfits seperetly :S

Two different ideologies. One looks at the big picture, one looks simply at short term returns and the bottom line. But I agree, it is disgusting, and buying into it is ridiculous. No thanks. I personally don't fault EA here at all though, this is the fruit of Microsoft's labor, they made the DLC culture possible and everyone is running with it. We've heard time and time again that they encourage this kind of nickel-and-diming, and straight up discourage developers and other publishers from putting out free content post release.

People impressed by this game's graphics? Is anyone else watching the gameplay videos other than me? This game is sure buy for me, but damn, one has to accept those graphics--specially gameplay--are pretty damn underwhelming, lighting and shadowing is just poor as hell, completely flat.

Lebato, if it had decent medium paced no gore and limbs flying game we wouldnt like it as much as we do now.

But luckily, they made the game 5x faster, alot more gorey, added alot of things that makes it great in motion rather in screenshots.

Besides, I LOVED the visuals in NG Sigma, alot of cool next-gen features to make it look good and I have no problem with NG2 I love it, they have even added stuff to the engine that wasent on NG Sigma.

And yes, some people are impressed, not everyone is a graphic whore and want the next big thing.
We accept the small details that graphics has to offer and a great gameplay, NG2 happens to have both.

GUYS, THIS IS THE BEST THREAD!!! 1st huge thread i fully read, thanks to Lebato, Sath, Grift, Alimo, Isomac, and the rest.

I was already pumped for NG2 and NG1 is MY ALL TIME favorite action game.

1 feature it SHOULD have would be a co-op... then it would just be the creme de la creme.
