DC , I tagged up that post with some major warnings. The shots are not very good (couple bad grabs + all are bullshots + not very good in general) BUT a couple contain MAJOR spoilers.

IGN and CVG now have them and i'm sure Gamersyde will have them soon to, they have been released by Epic so soon they will be everywere for all to see, but i would in no way call it a major spoiler but i can see were your coming from.

Quality is not great but still its Whoa fracking awesome.

Yeah i did put a spoiler warning up, not as bold as yours though :), i dont think its a major spoiler its just a new screenshot of a new boss released by epic themselves, theres no story spoilers or anything close, so i'd say spoiler yes Major spoiler no.

We already that you will get to ride a Reaver anyway. It is a spoiler but, like dc says, nothing too major. Especially as they were released by Epic themselves.

I never said it didn't contain spoilers; it just doesn't contain major spoilers in the context of the whole game. Obviously I can't prove that, but it's a pretty logical assumption if you ask me.

I agree thats why i put a spoiler warning up and linked to the screenshots instead of showing them in my message, but its not a Major spoiler either, Fable2 along with many other games have released screen shots of new boss characters, and they don't get the **MAJOR SPOILER** treatment, oh well i think everyone has got the message, don't click the links if you don't want your experience to be spoiled.

Well you can't spoil the story. But if I saw pics of the botanic garden from GoW1 before I played the game I'd be pretty pissed, because as I entered it it was the biggest wow-effect in the entire game. I don't want it to be spoilt, as soon as I pop in the game it'll feel like it's been released yesteryear when I get spoiled all the time...

OMG!!! Did you see the water effects and waterfalls in the end section, and how intense and massive in scope both clips looked, i'm lost for words!.

UGO GOW2 ACT1 Preview:

Everything about Gears of War 2 is bigger than the original. It’s noticeable as soon as players hit the first cinematic. The sweeping skylines of Jacinto, humanity’s last great city, cradle the fate of the entire race. We learn of strife and civil war--the Seran culture that’s literally been immersed in conflict as long as any living soul can remember. Generations of families have fought and died in battle only to be brought together on Emergence Day to fend off a greater threat than cultural differences and misunderstandings. I’m not beefing up this story, adding meaning to mere implications in Gears of War 2. No, the cinematics in Gears 2 manage to tell it on it’s own, and it instantly ups the production value. It’s clear that this adventure will not be skimping on story.

lol :D I agree, perhaps not to your degree of excitment but the game is indeed looking superb. it's running Very smoothly as well which is a hue plus for me. the first gears had a few framerate problems but this one is looking rock solid.

Yeah i did, and i have no remorse (ok maybe a little), i have no will power when it comes to these things, the only thin i can keep away from is the reviews as the spoil way to much, but i am going to try to not watch all the media that will come right uptill release but it will be hard!, coming to think of it i saw much more media with GOW1 and still got surprised all the time :) whilst i played it.

Team xbox have a 10 things MS said we could share with you list, as they have completed the game, but i was to afraid to even look at something like that.

I read that article no major spoilers there for anyone who has been following GOW2, but you do get the jist that they cant wait to tell about all the good stuff.

I stopped watching GoW related footage weeks ago, they spoil everything. Bungie has a better approach on spoiling, they don't spoil anything... but then they don't have to because the game's got enough attention...
