I agree with Phaethon, no more "official" stuff for me.

But shouldn't it be cool if a new section opened up that was actually about the certain games people like to talk about, not only news and stuff, but everything about the game...and such.

I didn't care for the game mechanics of KOTOR, but I'm definitely going to rent this via gamefly.

Impressive, graphically. On par with GOW, and I like the art direction more.

And dare I say, approaching "Killzone" in graphics mojo. ;)

I really love how BioWare decided to have those big light-lines on the Geth and the planets when it glows. Really cool looking sci-fi style to it.

No it didnt. Thats why I say there should be a section for titles that people play a lot here on Xboxyde, and want to discuss the game in general. But when it comes to news and such, this section is the place to post.

Yes but the thing is, we can't create the official threads ourselves of what game we are interested in talking, some MOD has to do it, and that is not likely to happen.

Anyway, this is about Mass Effect, we don't want another lockdown.

I can't believe that Casey even said that there wont be any walkthrough videos of the demo they are showing. Obviously this game is gonna be amazing, so whatever they show I am sure it was worth not seeing until the game is in our 360s.

Even the games forum is a bit redundant. I don't mind this too much--I think for big pre-release games its only natural that new threads pop up with new media and information. So called "Official" threads are probably better off for games that have either just launched (conversation about a game we're all playing could go in one place) or are very close to release and seeing a ton of new posts on a daily basis.

I'm viewing this trend as an experiment. And we'll see how it works out. It's more or less up to you guys and your activity.

All that said, Mass Effect looks awesome :)
